Terms of Service
Last updated 29 July 2026
These terms cover your use of Falqor. By creating an account you accept them. Falqor is operated by an independent developer, not a company.
What the service does
Falqor connects to analytics properties you authorise, collects statistics from them on a schedule, and presents those statistics as a report you can share with your client, export as a PDF, or download as a CSV.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it current.
- One person or agency per account — do not share credentials with people outside your agency.
Connecting your clients' data
You may only connect a property you own or have permission to access. By connecting one you confirm you have the right to do so, and that your client has agreed to their statistics being processed this way. You remain responsible for your relationship with your client, including any confidentiality you owe them.
Share links show a client's report to anyone who has the link. Deciding who receives a link is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not use Falqor to:
- Access analytics data you have no right to.
- Break the law, or infringe someone else's rights.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.
- Resell access to the service itself, as opposed to selling reporting work you do for your own clients.
Current status: free beta
Falqor is in beta and free to use, subject to the client limit shown in your account. Prices listed on the site describe planned paid plans; there is no billing today. If paid plans launch, we will give notice before charging anyone, and you will be free to stop using the service instead.
Availability, and what we do not promise
The service is provided as-is. Being a beta run by one developer, it may be interrupted, may change, and may contain faults. We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that collected figures are complete or accurate — they come from Google's APIs, which have their own delays, quotas and corrections.
Check anything important against Google Analytics or Search Console directly before relying on it in front of a client. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits, lost business or decisions made on the basis of a report.
Your content
Your logo, agency name, commentary and collected statistics remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and display them in order to run the service for you.
Ending the arrangement
You may stop using Falqor and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. We may also discontinue the service; if that happens we will give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
Privacy
Our handling of your data, including data received from Google APIs, is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page will change and material changes will be notified by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
